This new Mid-Century Modern custom home in Washington Park, by WestStandard Design+Build is a wonderful and efficient use of space on an urban infill lot.  Designing the home around a central courtyard, bordered by the kitchen and living areas, blends the indoor and outdoor space through a pair of 15′ folding doors.  Xeriscape landscaping and artificial turn was selected to complement the homes minimalist design and promote sustainability.
