Behind the scenes and in the field, Genre Homes is invariably working on the architectural plans, engineering, permitting, foundations, framing, roofing, etc. all the way to the appliances and finishing touches.  Many of our homes are “under construction” and in these various phases throughout the year, all the way to the exciting final completion.
